- Software-assisted integration of metabolic network models to the system (ReMatch)
- Systematic exploration of effects of gene addition/deletion to a metabolic network with respect to yield maximisation objectives (Topology Generator)
- Search tool for finding metabolic pathways of different types
- Large-scale visualisation of metabolic networks
