- In spring 2007 the course is organised in an exceptional form. There are no lectures, except the first organisation setting event at Tuesday 13.3. at 10-12, room B222. Instead a new set of self-study support is introduced.
- Scedule:
- Select your essay topic by 30.3. (Discuss the topics with Toni Ruokolainen.)
- The group meets 5.4. for brief presentation of topics.
- Essay deadline 1.5.; submit to Toni Ruokolainen.
- Exam 4.5. at 9-12. Verify from the department list of exams!
- Essay seminar 8.5. Reserve all day for this. Everyone gives a 20-30 minute talk about they paper for the rest of the group.
- Essay = 30 p, Exam = 30 p. The study diaries explained below are for supporting your self-study and for GAINING FEEDBACK for it. Either Toni or Lea will give you feedback on the diaries you submit. The best loop you can design by taking one diary item at a time, getting feedback for it and thus learning more on where your learning process needs to go deeper etc., and use that information for self-guidance in next steps.
- All those members of the group who have expressed their wishes preferred solo work over group work.
