YPJ salary assessments in spring 2013

During spring 2013, the performance assessment of all university employees will take place, according to the rules of our salary system (YPJ).

At the Department of Computer Science (and HIIT Kumpula), the schedule for this round of assessments is the following.

Salary system information events in different campuses:

Immediately: the department will carry out any missing demands level (vaati) assessments.
We have several employees whose demands level has not been confirmed. The administration team will draw up lists of missing demands level
confirmations and send them to the supervisors. The supervisors should immediately start filling in the demands level (vaati) forms for
employees on the list, in cooperation with these employees. Important: If demands level form is not confirmed, you are not able to start the
assessment discussions in YPJWeb system.

1 February-31 March 2013: Superiors and employees conduct assessment discussions. A new assessment form for personal performance will be
drafted on YPJWeb. NOTE: Superior initiates the assessment process by opening the form in YPJweb system:

1-30 April 2013: The director or unit head processes and signs the assessments. The employer's representative will approve and confirm the
performance levels.
1-31 May 2013: The performance levels are recorded in the salary system for the payment of salaries.

1 June 2013: New performance levels will take effect.
