Results of wellbeing survey published

The significance of the immediate work community was emphasised in the answers to the workplace wellbeing survey.

Members of the University community consider their occupational wellbeing to be nearly as good as two years ago, according to the  workplace wellbeing survey conducted in October. There was a dip in the response rate, however, as the number of respondents was 10% lower than last time.
 
The work of the immediate superior was given a good estimation, particularly in terms of equality and trust. The ratings regarding the burden placed on staff by changes as well as those regarding career prospects were lower.
