The Finnish Tax authority checks everyone's taxation annually.
Pre-completed tax return forms are sent to most tax payers based on the information given by employers, banks, etc. However, it is every taxpayer's responsibility to check that the information is correct and make any necessary alterations.

Taxation specialists will explain what the tax return form is and how to complete one. If you have already received your pre-completed tax return form, you can bring it with you.

The information session is aimed at international staff and researchers who have questions regarding the tax return form. The information could also be useful for HR secretaries and coordinators that deal with payroll or taxation issues or anyone else wanting to know more about the Finnish tax return form. The session will be held in English.
