• Finnish culture, an overview • Finnish working culture, general features and curiosities (i.e. working hours, holidays, roles and responsibilities of employer/employee, etc.) • UH personnel at a glance (teacher, researcher, admin, student) • Intercultural communication in the work place • Integration in and outside the work place • Other relevant topics raised by attendee(s)/trainer
