Temporary files in /tmp are no longer persistent over reboots in Cubbli linuxes.

For security and administration reasons (we don't want hard links to suid executables and we don't want filesystems to be accidentally filled), cubbli linuxes have been reconfigured so that /tmp and /var/tmp directories are now both using tmpfs file system. This means that all files which are saved in those directories will be always permanently lost during system restarts. So please, do not save any important data in these directories.
