The sports-fee contract for the department has been extended to the 31 August 2012 on the same conditions as before. The department will pay 50 % of the sports fee for full time employees of the department (with contract 6 months at least), i.e. including employees who are contracted to work at least 20 hours a week. The sports fee gives you access to the gym, exercise classes, and reserved ball games in all of the University Sports Services centers. In addition, the sports fee will gain you reduced prices for other services that the University Sports Services offers for additional fees and for the services of its cooperation partners. The sports fee is personal, and cannot be transferred to another person. Activate your sports fee in person (by fetching a sports sticker) at one of the University Sports centers. The 'sports period' must start inside 30 days of activating the sports fee.

The updated list with the names of employees who have the right to 50 % subsidized sports fees during this contract period is now delivered to the university's sports centers. I will gladly answer any questions you have about the practical arrangements for the sports fees.
