Results of the 2011 work atmosphere poll

This autumn’s poll sought to find out how content the employees of the University of Helsinki are with how their work community functions, the

work of their supervisors, and their own wellbeing. A total of 4,032 people replied to the poll, i.e. some 48% of the staff. Half of the respondents were teachers or researchers, half belonged to other staff.

As in previous years, the employees experienced that the University of Helsinki is interesting, independent, and suitably challenging.
