Relief for your shoulders on Mondays at 16-16.30
Get an active start to your week with our refreshing and relaxing stretching sessions!
Starting on 4 June, the Kumpula Sports Centre will organise 30-minute lessons, where
we will concentrate on exercises for your back and shoulders, and open up those
jammed muscles. The lessons start at 16.00 and are free for all academics, suitable
for both beginners and more advanced exercisers, and you do not need gym clothes.
