International Staff Services will be available at the city centre campus and Töölö Towers starting 1.1.2013. Thursday services on other campuses are discontinued.

The International Staff Services of the University of Helsinki will discontinue its Thursday service at the Kumpula, Meilahti and Viikki campus at the end of 2012.

The Thursday service does not seem to fit the needs of the international staff and scholars. Face to face customer service will continue to be available every day at the city centre campus and at Töölö Towers on Mondays and Wednesdays (excluding holidays). International Staff Services can also visit the other campuses on request.

The last Thursday services will be in December as normal, except for Meilahti which will be already on Tuesday 4.12. due to the Independence Day of Finland.

Meilahti 4.12. from 9 am to 4 pm (Biomedicum 2B, Tukholmankatu 8 B, 6th floor)
Viikki 13.12. from 9 am to 4 pm (Infotalo Korona, Viikinkaari 11 A, 5th floor)
Kumpula 20.12. from 9 am to 4 pm (Exactum C130, Gustaf Hällströmin katu 2b, 1st floor)
