For 13 years, the staff organisation at the University of Helsinki, HYHY ry, has elected a Supervisor of the Year at the university. The university’s chancellor is the patron of the campaign. One important aspect for electing the supervisor of the year is the factors improving the wellbeing of employees. We are looking for the Supervisor of the Year 2012. Instructions (in Finnish).

Previous supervisors of the year are Librarian Marja-Liisa Harju-Khadr, Professor Timo Koponen, Professor Pirjo Kukkonen, University Lecturer Marja Martikainen with the title of docent, Professor Olli Mäenpää, Librarian Pirjo Rajakiili, Manager of Language Services Seija Korhonen, Research Technician Anu Ahlroos-Lehmus, Librarian Tuula Ruhanen, Administrative Manager Leo Pyymäki, Professor Esa Korpi, Head Porter Lasse Hämäläinen and Professor Liisa Keltikangas-Järvinen.
