Hotels

A block of rooms is reserved for DAIS99 attendees, from June 25th till July 1st, 1999.

Congress team/AREA Travel Agency Ltd will arrange accommodation for the conference participants. Please make your hotel reservations in advance using the registration form. A deposit of one night's room rate is to be paid in advance at the same time the reservation is sent. The hotel deposit will be forwarded to the hotel and it will be deducted from the final hotel bill.

In case of cancellation, the hotel deposit, less bank charges, will be refunded, if the notice of cancellation is received by May 20th, 1999. After that date no refund can be guaranteed.

On request, our travel agency is happy to organise other dates and other accommodation forms as well.

The hotels mentioned below are chosen so that both the intended conference location and the city centre are easy to access. The locations can be found on the local map.
