Registration and payment
Participants should register for the conference and make all reservations in advance using the registration form(45 kbytes, PostScript) or text form. The form should be returned to Congress team / AREA Travel Agency Ltd:

Payments
All payments should be made in Finnish marks (FIM) or Euros (EUR) in advance at the same time the registration form is sent. EUR 1 = FIM 5,94573.
Methods of payment:
- By money transfer to the account of Congress team /AREA Travel Agency Ltd. Bank: Merita Bank Ltd, Helsinki, Finland, account no. 157130-15124. Please write "DAIS99" and the participants's name on the remittance.
- By following credit cards: American Express, Eurocard, Mastercard, Visa.
Bank drafts or personal cheques cannot be accepted.
Confirmation
Congress team /AREA Travel Agency Ltd. will confirm each registration and reservation upon receipt of the form and payment.
Cancellation terms
All cancellations should be made to the Congress team. If the written notice of cancellation is received by March 1, 1999, the registration fee less cancellation fee FIM 300 (EUR 50,45) will be refunded. In case of cancellation between March 1 and May 20 the refund will be 50% of the registration fee. After May 20 no refund will be made.
