Jani Jaakkola has volunteered to lead circuit training for CS staff on Thursday, March 17 at 9:15-10:15.
Unisport Kumpula will provide training mats and kettlebells for us. You need indoor sports clothes and indoor sports shoes and something to drink.
Everybody is welcome, regardless of sports skills!!
