Travel stipends

Annually, there are travel stipends available for Hecse students, for both research visits to other research groups and for trips to conferences, workshops and summer schools etc. Hecse students (both funded and adjunct positions) may apply for the stipends.

For 2010, there are again travel stipends available. The deadline for applications is on 31 March 2010.

Application procedure

Please fill in you application on this web form. When you click Submit, the application will be stored, and emailed boh to you and your supervisor. Your supervisor wil be asked for a recommendation.

• a mention whether the student has a funded or an adjunct position in Hecse
• the name of the supervisor
• a description of the trip
• for research visits
  • host organisation and contacts
  • plan for the visit
  • other relevant details
• for conferences
  • conference name and place
  • contribution to it (paper, poster, etc.)
• for other events: all relevant details
• the budget (expenses and financing plan), e.g.,
