International Staff Services is again available at Töölö Towers and on all campuses.  

The service desk at the Töölö Towers in already open on Mondays from 9 am to 4 pm, Wednesdays from 9 am to 4 pm and from 9 am until noon on Thursdays. The campus service will continue in September.

International Staff Services will be available in Kumpula, Meilahti and Viikki on Thursdays according to the following schedule:

Every 3rd Thursday of the month at the Kumpula Campus Service Centre (Exactum, Gustaf Hällströmin katu 2b, 1st floor), starting on 20.9.2012

Every 1st Thursday of the month at the Meilahti Campus Service Centre (Biomedicum 2B, Tukholmankatu 8 B, 6th floor), starting on 6.9.2012

Every 2nd Thursday of the month at the Viikki Campus Service Centre (Infotalo Korona, Viikinkaari 11 A, 5th floor), starting on 13.9.2012

The services are also available at the City Centre Campus (Yliopistonkatu 4, 3rd floor). You can reserve an appointment or come visit us between 9 am and 4 pm on weekdays.

International Staff Services help the international staff and those supporting them at the University of Helsinki. The ISS Team gives advice and information on matters relating to working at UH, immigration, social security and settling in, for instance.
