Quality Manual

NOTE that this is the old quality manual of the Department of Computer Science! The new Operations Manual is available in Flamma since 2014.

This quality manual describes the main operations and principles of the Department of Computer Science at the University of Helsinki and the Kumpula campus operations of HIIT. The purpose of the quality manual is to ensure the expediency of operations and the quality of results.

The manual is intended to be a tool for both staff and students, containing all the principles guiding our pursuits and extensive links to other documents describing our operations. This means that the quality manual is a complement to the department's and HIIT's web pages (department, HIIT), strategies, the study guide, and other guides.
